[PyMOL] Unit of contour level in density map

Hi, Does anybody know what is the unit of the contour level in pymol? I used the isomesh command to make the Fo-Fc density map from a FFT generated map. When I compare the density map made by pymol and coot, it seems that pymol has higher sigma level than coot. thanks, Nian
