I'm very interested in knowing whether PyMOL is usable on the new
MacBook considering that it has Intel integrated graphics.

A new plug-in architecture has been added to MacPyMol (available in
versions 1.00 beta 03 and later). This allows plug-ins to be developed
for MacPyMol using the native Mac development tools (Xcode) and
frameworks (Cocoa).

If you check the pymol website, the Feb 5th 2006 news announced MacPymol
is now Universal Binary, and it rocks!!! We do have it running on MacBook

I have a 'perfect' helix. Is there some way to 'loosen' all of the angles in
the helix so instead of 3.6 residues per turn, I could have, say, 8 residues
per turn. My goal is to make the helix more 'coil-like'. Is this possible?
