Hi,
I am trying to display a figure with sidechains represented as sticks
and the ligand as lines. After rendering the lines representation looks
too thin. Can anyone give me the command for choosing the thickness of
my line representation. Something in between the lines and stick
representati

e.g.
set line_width, 3
(or if you prefer to specify the rendering radius in Angstroms)
set line_radius, 0.05
