I'll ask others to double check on their setups too, but this one should have
all imports of tkinter removed. Are you using the specific `pyqt` branch there

A few months ago I worked on converting Caver 3 to use PyQt, I'm unsure if it's
in a complete state, but within the next couple of months I'll be sure to
finish it up and update the Caver PyMOLWiki page.
