Hello:
I am using openSUSE 13.2 X64 OS.
Pymol works fine without optirun in 1.8.4.
Here is output from ./pymol -c
PyMOL>python end
PyMOL: normal program termination.
However, when I type
optirun ./pymol -c
I didn't obtain any information.
regards
Albert

Hi Albert,
Which Linux OS and version (e.g. Ubuntu 12.04 64bit) is this?
Does PyMOL work without optirun?
Does it work in headless mode (pymol -c)?
Thanks,
Thomas

optirun pymol
