try changing the name of the map to fofc.ccp4
load fofc.ccp4, fofc
isomesh fo1,fofc,3.0,(chain D),buffer=2.0,carve=2.8

I tried to show the fofc map by using the following lines:
load fofc.map, fofc
isomesh fo1, fofc,3.0, (chain D), buffer=2.0
but it gives the error as, Isomesh: map or brick object "fofc" not found.
i would like to show at different contour levels.
