Just sharing our experience, we upgraded just before Warren's warning.
Seems everything's fine so far.
We are using RedHat Enterprise WS 3 (update 3) fully updated with kernel
2.4.21-27.0.2 on Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 1700MHz with 512MB mem
