Hi Praz,
There is no line transparency setting. But since the ray tracer anyway renders
lines as thin sticks, you can show sticks instead of lines and use
stick_transparency.
show sticks
hide lines
set stick_radius, 0.1
set stick_transparency, 0.5
ray
