CGO objects are pymol graphical primitives like lines, spheres etc. http://pymol.sourceforge.net/newman/user/S0500cgo.html For example we have load some molecule into pymol and after that we have draw a cylinder between two atoms of this molecule. Is there a way to merge these two objects together
