Can you please help to know how to view the data downloaded from the CASTp
server.
I install the plugin but cant view the data obtained from the CASTp

probably as a result that just parts of the aminoacids are used to define the
pocket, I guess. Is it possible to create a surface like

Email Joe Dundas for the .py source code .py file,

I am using ver 0.99 and would like to install the castp plugin.
i am not successful in installing under Linux/OSX. i am getting the following
error.
