I have some issues exporting images from PyMOL into a data analysis
software called OriginLab (https://www.originlab.com/). If there is anyone

After some email exchanges with Ursula and Luca, we were able to confirm
that this issue is caused on Macs when you open PyMOL with a session file
rather than opening a session file within PyMOL itself. For a workaround if
you do observe this issue, it seems that providing:
