Worked for me without issues, on all platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac).
Installation:
1) Open PyMOL
2) Plugin > Plugin Manager > Install New Plugin
3) Install from PyMOLWiki or any URL
URL: https://pymolwiki.org/index.php/Pytms
4) Click "Fetch"
Test Usage:
1) Load something:
fetch
