Hoping some kind soul might be able to help me out on a problem that's
been stumping me for some time. I'm trying to display a surface
colored according to shape complementarity. I create a Grasp surface
file for my ligand, use the ccp4 program sc to write shape
complementarity values
Use the translate command to move selected parts of the protein. There
are lots of posts in the archives for more info.

the color,what happens,it never comes to the color list nor in the working
