Quite a shock to read about the OS X 10.4.3 problem. I upgraded
without a second thought and now I have the same problem on my 12"
powerbook. This is with beta14 I believe.
When I try the single window beta19 it seems to be less of a problem.

Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone know if there is anyway to assign independent
rotation axis to two different proteins within Pymol. Specifically, I
amintersted in having two molecules rotate about individual axis in a
movie sequence.
Thanks,

I don't know if it will make a difference (I don't even have a Mac) but

Hello,
We are running Python v2.2.3 on Red Hat Enterprise 3 which is almost like
Red Hat 9 and/or Fedora Core 1. Our RedHat version seems to be choking on the

Hi Mac users,
has anyone noticed an annoying flickering appearing when rotating a
molecule in PymolX11 and MacPyMOL under 10.4.3 that wasn't present
under 10.4.2? The problem appears on both my iBookG4 and iMacG5. If
the window is moved then the flickering disappears. However, if a ray
