[PyMOL] simple and smooth surface

For the purposes of illustrating how a protein domain moves when ligands bind, it would be great if there were a way to create a PyMOL surface that is both simple and smooth. I tried decreasing the surface quality to -3, which makes a simplified surface, but it has pointed corners. Has anyon
