For the record, thanks to everyone who contributed tests! There were
about 25 tests, and now there are somewhere in the range of 90 or so.
This is great, although we obviously have a ways to go to get full
coverage.
WebOb 1.0.1 was recently released with the new tests and some
bugfixes.
