What happen with Pylons 0.9.8

Hi ! I remember that after 0.9.7 release schedule foresse simultanously version 0.9.8 and 1.0. Now I see only [http://pylonshq.com/project/ pylonshq/roadmap] 0.10 and 1.0. Why ? By the way - It is a pity that Pylons isn't on GSoC list for year 2009. Greetings from Poland -- Jan Koprowski --~-
