This patch series enables USB3 for the passthrough / redirection of USB
devices via the Spice client.
AFAIU there is no need for special checks regarding live migration due
to the following reasons:
* USB3 for Spice was disabled in the GUI
* Setting `usb3=1` via the API or manually in the config f
