I ran into this same issue a couple of months ago, and after updating, no
more issues, 'till now.
dpkg -l | grep qemu
ii libproxmox-backup-qemu0 1.3.1-1
amd64Proxmox Backup Server client library for QEMU
ii pve-qemu-kvm 6.2.0-11

I have also build a 6.2 with the patch, I'm going to share it on the
forum too,
as many users are impacted, but it's difficult to reproduce as we need
to wait 1 or 2 months.
(and I just reboot my windows servers last week for the monthly update)
