translating to Spanish, capitalization is specifically mentioned at
section 8.4.1.1.
I will study the document for more venues for improvement and submit a
patch.

This is not a recommended approach in spanish; you can check the spanish
translations of Libre Office or Firefox (for example) to check that menu
