Hi Alex, I'm having the same problem as you with Puppet Enterprise 2.7.19 on Windows SBS 2008. I've tracked down the cause of the problem to the example42/puppi module. Try running the following on your puppetmaster and then do a Puppet run on your Windows box and see if the problem persists:
