I dealt with a case that had a Cray XT4 using Redhat Linux specifically. More or less since the hardware and OS was just like any other platform we support, it wasn't a problem and we supported it. If you are using Cray Linux - I believe its based on the SuSE Linux platform (and we do support SLES
