I'm running into this with the current forge modules from puppetlabs for
apache (0.9.0 )and puppet-dashboard (0.0.4). Do you know when an update
will be published on the forge?

You can check if the client got it's certificate by looking in the certificate
folder. On most OSes it's at /var/lib/puppet/ssl/certs
Any onther idea?

in puppetca on the server?
Run "puppetca --list --all" on the server as root.
Did the client get it's signed certificate?
I don't remember how to check this off the top of my head.
