I'm starting to look at reporting and I notice the timestamps for reports are
all in UTC. Is this determined by Puppet? Ruby?
The system has the correct time zone set and displays just about everything
else in local time.
I'm using Puppet 0.25.4 on RHEL5 with Passenger.
