I have built a new Puppet / Foreman environment to replace my tired old
Puppet 5.5 env.
Puppet v7.24
Foreman 3.6.1
What I haven't been able to resolve in this environment is that Puppet &
Foreman cannot see the modules that are installed.
I have puppet installed in the normal /etc/puppetlabs d
I am migrating a Puppet 3.x to Puppet 7.x and am having to rewrite alot of
the code.
This includes a number of custom modules and my first foray into writing
custom functions/providers.
This is where I am getting stuck as there is not really a lot of
information on this.

uses the old module Aethylred/keymaster, to manage x509 keypairs from the
local Puppet C
