Installed the repo https://docs.puppet.com/puppet/3.8/install_el.html
rpm -ivh https://yum.puppetlabs.com/puppetlabs-release-el-7.noarch.rpm
RHEL 7 x64

Hi, thank you for your clarification, now I've got one more doubt,
should I go with puppetserver and JVM ( Jetty default ?) or should I go
with Passenger?
