rtificates would have
changed.
BTW, I am using puppet to manage about 700+ hosts, I am beginning to worry
about the scenario as mentioned above. I definitely don't want to login to
each host to clear the "ssl" directory to make it request new certificate.
Thanks,

Thanks, in fact, I was going to use that if nothing else worked. It would be
nice to have a exclude list though.

wever, I have 2 hosts in this list which
have to be excluded. But, I don't know how to do that.
Can anyone please provide some pointers/ tips to fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Simple answer, don't do it. :)
Do yourself a favour and upgrade the server first. Older versioned clients
can connect to a server running newer version.

Hi,
Sure, we can take it up on the irc channel. However, just for the record,
sudo permission is fine, it was a working setup prior to upgrade. And the
user the foreman runs as, can execute "puppetca", I tested it from the
command line to make sure.

Ahhh!!! I thought those files would be generated automatically. One more
item added to my foreman wishlist. :)
Please let me know if I can contribute in any way.

Hi,
Yes, I did. And this is what I understand,
1) Clicking the "Build" button creates a pxe config file in the directory
specified in "settings.yaml"
2) After the machine is rebuilt, this file/link is removed.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

On Mon,
wever, the symlink points to a non-existent destination in the same
directory. Example.
*lrwxrwxrwx 1 puppet puppet 15 Feb 22 11:15 01-00-1b-78-32-44-90 ->
RedHat-4-x86_64*
Any help?

rror in the web interface indicating that the

*"PuppetCA: SSL/CA or puppetca unavailable on this machine"*

Thanks in advance.

I could get foreman and external nodes config working. It is much more fun
now. I am planning to enable RRDgraph reports and much more. Will keep you
