The silly rpms I came across which require userinput to accept a license had a
"silent" mode by creating a file somewhere in /tmp before installing the rpm
...
Or just use rpmrebuild (available from epel for EL) and remove the code.

installation went clean no errors. (rhel 7.3).Installed puppetdb separately
(not on the puppet server)

Is there any way using the package type to handle installation of rpm's
that have a "prein" scriptlet that requires input? Such as accepting an
