is there someone that know why the caracter é è à are not display
correctly in xwin terminal (xterm).

I have problem with french caracter (é,à,è).
I can't display them in xterm.
Some people said to me that it was a locale problem but it only resolute
my problem to display them on a shell. (sorry in don't speak english
very well).
