Thanks

Apparently, high profile hackers get bitten by this too.
Michael Meeks' diary for today has this little comment in it:
* Up early, Owen explained .Xdefaults to me, apparently we set
some X resources now so, we don't use the defaults at all; apparently
using .Xresources instead is the right

There is some strange things going on between the sound(server), the
mixer(s), and the sound-programs. Fascinating

What kind of video card do you have, and what settings do you have in
xfree86-config. You could try out the vesa server and see if that makes
a difference.
Good luck

Have you tried looking at the mixer level settings? (use
gnome-volume-control or kmix)
See if one of the controls is muted or the level is down to zero.

n the above blurb from the release notes.
It really made me appreciate the all work that Keith (and others) have
done, and feeling that something big has been achieved.
I would like to have you write the release notes in future. :-)

Known bug, just rebuild from the source rpm or use the source on the
tuxracer site.
That should do the trick.

pressing it again brings all windows back again.
You can find other keyboard shortcuts by going to the panel menu ->

Can someone tell me if it is possible to add a windows partition to the
list of mountable partitions (displayed with the application:

I lost it too.
I didn't find a way to get it back other than to delete the user or
reinstall redhat.

When I, however, add udp:ntp in the field for other ports, an error
message pops up saying the format is incorrect and that it should be
pot:protocol, port:protocol for example 1234:udp, 3456:tcp
does anyone know what I should fill in in this field?
