because of the unwanted issues (for me) with Bluecurve, this time i will
make all from sources and totally will break BlueCurve dependencies (i
hope).
I used KDE 3.0.4, 3.0.5 and 3.0.5a unofficials RPM pakcages and they
were bad. For example in 3.0.5a theme manager is broken.
I investigate
Dont know about what kind of RPM packages you talking about, because i
did not see nor official nor unofficial RPMs for RH 8.0, anyway i will
try to post some step-by-step instruction how-to build KDE 3.1 from
cources under RH 8.0 without to uninstall KDE 3.0.x
You need the following source
.0.8. Is there

Dependencies are fine. In RH 7.2 or 7.3 - yeah , but now in RH8.0 ximian
will not break dependencies.

The really bad thing is that i cannot find usable information for what
RH really did with KDE & GNOME , especially in menu structure. If i knew
that i will be able to use workaround decision when i try to install KDE
apps from source.
I tried to build KDE from source - and it works

There are 2-3 projects, which you can find on sourceforge, that try to
implement it, but a month ago there werent usable yet.
