synchronizing failed

i wanted to configure an isolated time server for my lan so i added the following lines to etc/ntp.conf file server 127.127.1.0 fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 10   i commented all other lines except drift file line then i started the ntpd by  /etc/init.d/ntpd start  it gives the following message synch

IP-Tables and gSHIELD Problem.

I am using gSHIELD as firewall. My question is how do I enable a number of Hosts on outside IF with reserved IP through the firewall, I don't want to enable the whole IP-range. The hosts I need to enable is 10.0.0.1, 10.0.0.2, 10.0.0.6 plus possibly a couple more. With best regards Tomas Larsso
