Does anyone know how to convert these pdf files? Or do you always have
to move them over to Windows to print them out?

If I look at the files in vi, I notice that the carriage, line feeds
show up as "^M". V

not AFAIK! I've created and printed many pdf's on Redhat 8.0 with no
hassles. Acrobat Reader prints ok,
