What text output do you get when start it in a terminal?

Ok, after 3 REinstallations, i think i have to give up...
1.- The package manager does not work (If i click in "details" shows an
error: 'unknow error')
2.- If i want to install XMMS i need "libvorbisfile.so.0" but i have
installed "libvorbis" installes and is the only file i can find.
