All you need to do is to look up the Horiz and Vert refresh rates of
you monito
Checkout the Samtron website for the Horizontal and Vertical settings of
that monitor. And add that information to your XF86Config file in the
Monitor Section.

You don't need a driver, you just need to find your hoizonatal and vertical
ranges. Usually from the monitor manual, or so
