Hello Nicholas, I had the same problem, but I seem to have solved it switching the bios option "PCI Bus 2.1 Compliance" to off. If this is not sufficient try switching the PIC mode from "APIC" to "PIC" (always in bios). Also, be sure to have installed the latest kernel (2.4.18-17.x). Good luck, A
