I just published a release candidate build for MSWindows.
The new MSWindows build is build on a new toolchain. As is stated in the
readme, it is better to uninstall previous PSPP version before installing
this version.

I just generated a MSWindows build with a shortcut for the commandprompt in
the startmenu. If this is started you can start PSPP in a command shell
without the need to include to path to PSPP.
