"flatpak update" does not install pre2 over pre1
So use:
sudo flatpak uninstall org.gnu.pspp
sudo flatpak install
https://benpfaff.org/~blp/pspp-master/latest-org.gnu.pspp.flatpakref
to get the newest version

the translation project currently shows -pre2 for the tar file and -pre1 for
the pot file.

I remember that in the SPSS user group years ago CTABLES was the module
that was most cited to be bought after the base module. So, it is really
useful.
Is the test release somewhere to be found for windows users ?

I'm very pleased to announce the release of a new version of GNU PSPP.
PSPP is a program for statistical analysis of sampled data. It is a
free replacement for the proprietary program SPSS.
This is a test release for version 2.0.0, which I plan to release in
November, barring important bug report
