Am I correct that you mean you don't see them in the "Open Files"
dialog box? Well in this box you can't select csv as the open type and
you can't import the file there. So I guess it doesn't make much sense
to have an option for making csv files visible there.
When I try to import delimit
Only if you should be able to see the files by selecting comma separated
files. Otherwise, clicking on "All Files" made them visible.
