Hi
Just rename the directory c:\program files\PSPP\share\locale\el to
something else. That should do the trick.

the os that I use is Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 in different pc in Greek
language, but I need to change the program's lang to english, how can
I do this? I tried to install windows in English lang in virtualbox
but again it installed in greek.
