I added support for reading SPSS/PC+ files to PSPP last night. If you
have any of those files (from the SPSS/PC+ program from the 1980s) then
you should be able to read them now.
There is no support for writing these files. There is no point since
SPSS/PC+ is thoroughly obsolete.
