The habitual way should be sufficient if you did never installed 2 versions
without uninstalling first. However if you ever forgot it or not sure, you
can simply empty the pspp directory which is in fact a very quick way to
uninstall.

Harry's saying that in his experience the easiest way to uninstall is to simply
remove the installed folder. If that's not something you know how to do, you
can use the standard mechanism. It should work.

The easiest way to do this is to completely remove the pspp directory in
the program directory.
