It has SP4 (installation CD had SP4 integrated), I also installed some
other updates, but not all. It is virtual machine and I use Windows only
occasionally (I could say accidentally :-)) ).

I tried to install it (pspp-master-2010-02...@filesavr.com) in Windows
2000 in VirtualBox. Installation went fine, but when I try to run it, I
get an error: "The procedure entry point freeaddrinfo could not be
located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll".
