I never did this in PSPP, but as this is a SPSS clone my standard way to
look for help on the internet is to search for the equivalent in SPSS.

I’m trying to take the variable names and values from a test data file, and
apply them to a live final data file. Using the PSPP data editor, how can I do
this? Please be specific as I am an incredible novice with PSPP. Thanks!
