Thanks folks - I’ll have to check if we did the upgrade to 1.2, if not we’ll
make sure to rerun the test on it.
And I’ll join the dev list.
Cheers

PSPP should be able to read and write multiple response sets in
.sav
PSPP should read and write MR sets correctly. If it doesn't, then
that's a bug and I'd be pleased to hear the details so that I can fix
the problem.
You can find the function that parses MR sets starting here:
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/pspp.git/tree/src/data/sys-file-reader.c#n1695
On Mon,
I think this message should be on the dev list, whom I've cc'd (but if
you're not on it, you won't see the replies to that list).
I don't use MR sets, so my understanding is slight. I think PSPP does
not (did not in the past) support that syntax. I see below that there is
at least support in readi
Can you expand on the known issues with MR sets in PSPP?
We’ve been parsing SAV files and generating the metadata from them with the MDD
Writer patch and recently noticed some variables not were not being included in
the MR set. If there is a list of known issues with MR set support in parsing,
Past discussions have suggested that PSPP does not yet replicate this
functionality (but I'd love to fin d out that my recollection is wrong
or that PSPP has added support).
