Hi, Matej,
I am trying to open two data files in one syntax file and then trying to
join them. How can i achieve it thru PSPP ? I tried opening them in two
PSPP session's but the second data file did not open? Could you please
help?

You can run two instances of PSPP and open files in each of them.
