I needed to implement this for users some time ago. The Chilkat control has
support for this.
If you need to update your old legacy apps to continue sending those emails.
Or you might need to setup an online server that has an SMTP server in a way
that only a specific email

It appears that you can get around this using App Passwords <

I haven't tried this yet but I expect that It will work since I only got it
for an account that doesn't use 2FA, and I already had to set up app
passwords for my 2FA accounts.

A quick web search for "facets database" doesn't seem to point to one
product, but rather a feature that several different database engines
are offering as different things. It's hard to know what the
headhunter wants. Besides heads, of course.

It may be that the headhunter doesn't fully understand what they are asking
