I took the error message phrase you posted and added XFRX in front of it
and the first link suggested you might need to add FFC Report Listener
classes to your path and/or project:

their software?? Oh wait...they do give away some DotNet Studio
versions, don't they? Sorry...I know that doesn't help you with the Fox
need.

Visual Studio is free if that's what you mean. Visual Studio Code is free and
open source.
