You need to use the c:\Windows\sysWow64\OdbcAd32.exe for configuring 32Bit
drivers.
Also there are no 64bit drivers from Microsoft.
And you can use 32Bit Drivers only from 32Bit Apps. Thus: Never ever install
Office 64bit.
