Go to RUN and type secpol.msc, then choose security options.
I did two things.
1.Local policies
2.Security Options
3. Only elevate executables that are signed and validated...Disabled
4. Only elevate UIAccess applications that are installed in secured...Enabled

Off the top of my head I think you can right click on the exe and tell
Windows the exe is safe.
You can also google for Doug Hennig executable signing as I believe he
has some info on this. You might find it here:

I'm not totally sure but. Did you make a certificate for the server? It may
be you did and as its not verified might cause what you see.
